Tomilola Olakiigbe
Finance Manager
Tomilola Olakiigbe is the Finance Manager for All On and is responsible for oversight of the entity's financial management and operations, as well as ensuring reporting, standards, and compliance.
Tomilola oversees budget planning, analysis, compliance, procurement, auditing, contracting, and treasury management. She also provides inputs into investment activities of the entity, specifically around financial due diligence into energy firms being considered for investment, and contributing to structuring and documenting the equity, debt, and grant investments. Prior to joining All On, Tomilola contributed to the development and was responsible for the implementation of investment strategies for pension fund assets valued at circa $2billion for Shell Nigeria. Before this, she held various roles at Shell including Statutory Reporting, Corporate Finance, Financial & Management Accounting and Finance Business Partnering, where she supported the Shell Onshore team to achieve its production, cost and cash targets. Tomilola started her career in Demand Planning; and Customer Service & Logistics Excellence for Unilever Nigeria and South Africa respectively. Tomilola is a CFA Charterholder® and has a MBA from Lagos Business School. Outside of All On, Tomilola supports the fund raising arm of SheCares Foundation, an NGO focused on providing access to education for Nigerian children. She also enjoys reading good books, traveling and spending quality time with Family.
