Chinweokwu (Chinwe) Nnaji
Chinweokwu (Chinwe) Nnaji is All On’s Operations Advisor. In this role, he manages all HR and administrative operations as well as contract negotiations, procurement and facility management projects.
Prior to All On, Chinwe worked with Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria where he worked as an HR advisor for international mobility in the HR business services team. Chinwe has prior experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as well as the educational sector with a brief stint in the Admin Dept. of the Lagos Preparatory School, Ikoyi.
Chinwe has a master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos. His first degree was in Animal Science Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He loves travelling, playing chess and listening to music.
‘Folabi is responsible for leading All-On’s origination, deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence and investee management functions.
He has two decades of communications, commercial operations, deal delivery, business development and economics experience in the marketing communications, telecoms and oil/gas industries. Over the last decade he identified, progressed and successfully negotiated 30 gas supply agreements for Shell Nigeria Gas Limited, generating over $200million in gas sales. He has also used his experience as an economist to support Shell’s onshore, shallow water and exploration business, performing risk-based economic evaluations to determine project and portfolio viability – facilitating investment and portfolio-based decision-making for some of Nigeria’s biggest oil and gas projects and assets.
Prior to Shell, ‘Folabi worked in stakeholder relations, marketing and corporate communications across various industries. His first job was in marketing communications, where he created advertising and communications strategies for brands like La Casera, Daewoo and Mitsubishi. He then moved to the Honeywell Group, where he worked directly as an aide to the executive chairman, providing governance and engagement support. He also worked at Globacom – where he helped craft and operate its pre and post launch brand management and communications activities.
He has a rich multidisciplinary experience and background, with first and post-graduate degrees in the humanities, public and international affairs and business management. He has also attended numerous training courses in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
In his spare time, 'Folabi enjoys swimming, reading, playing chess and discussing geopolitics. He is married to 'Folasade and they have 3 lovely children.
Dr. Wiebe Boer

Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Boer is the Chief Executive Officer of All On and joined the team from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was one of the founders of the strategy firm's Lagos office. Prior to BCG, Dr. Boer spent five years with the Heirs Holdings Group in Lagos, playing roles including Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Director of Strategy, and CEO of the Tony Elumelu Foundation. Dr. Boer has also worked in the Rockefeller Foundation's Africa Regional Office in Nairobi, McKinsey & Company, and with World Vision Mauritania where he managed a USAID funded development project. While conducting his doctoral research in Nigeria for his Yale PhD thesis, Wiebe co-founded AfriOne, the first ISP in North Central Nigeria. He has served on a variety of corporate and public sector boards across Africa, and is also a widely published author and speaker. His most recent book, A story of Heroes + Epics: The History of Football in Nigeria, published by Bookcraft in 2018. Dr. Boer earned a PhD and two Masters degrees from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree from Calvin College, all in history. He spent one year studying political science at the University of Jos, and completed his primary and secondary education at Hillcrest School, also in Jos, Nigeria where he was born and raised.
Osayuki (Yuki) Eguasa is All On’s Finance Manager and is responsible for oversight of the entity's financial management and operations, as well as ensuring reporting, standards, and compliance. Yuki oversees budget planning, analysis, compliance, procurement, auditing, contracting, and treasury management. Yuki also provides inputs into investment activities of the entity, specifically around financial due diligence into energy firms being considered for investment, and contributing to structuring and documenting the equity, debt, and grant investments. Yuki is a strategic thought partner in financial matters to the CEO and the Board. Yuki comes with a rich career spanning various Finance areas. His previous work experiences in Shell include Budget & Financial planning, where he contributed to managing the persisting funding issues facing SPDC JV, effectively reducing exposure and ensuring optimum cost recovery from our Partners. Subsequently, he had responsibility for SPDC management information analysis, providing insights into SPDC corporate performance relative to its Business Plan. His last Assignment was in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Commercial Finance, where he developed an extensive and successful deal making and M&A track record. Yuki is a CFA Charterholder®, Chartered Certified Accountant and a certified Financial Risk Manager. He loves listening to music and watching football.
Aishat is an Investment Analyst at All On. She analyzes our potential investments, conducts due diligence and facilitates deal approval processes while proposing investment options.
Prior to All On, Aishat worked in the Corporate Finance department of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Nigeria where she conducted several valuations and mergers and acquisition projects along with other members of the deals team. She brings with her the experience of having worked with clients on ‘buy side’ and ‘sell side’ transactions for medium to large-sized institutions in various sectors including oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing and agriculture.
Aishat has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and a Masters degree in Management from Warwick Business School. She loves exploring new places and is a food enthusiast.
Festus Goziem Okubor
Festus Goziem Okubor
Goziem is passionate about creating access to opportunity for Africa's brightest ideas. He joined All On to lead origination and transaction structuring, working with internal and external stakeholders to deploy capital and support to clean energy companies.
Prior to joining the team, he developed structured finance solutions and advisory for clients in the Oil & Gas and Power value chains at GTBank, where he also led bank-wide strategy projects focused on redesigning enriching experiences and retail strategies for evolving customer segments.
He started his career as an Impact Investment analyst at The Tony Elumelu Foundation, where he helped to build and manage a portfolio of double bottom line investments in agriculture, technology, health, financial services and education sectors. He contributed significantly to the design and development of the largest Africa focused early stage venture capital intervention, the TEF Entrepreneurship Program.
Goziem studied Banking and Finance at the University of Benin, and holds a Masters degree in Finance from the University of London. He serves as adviser to entrepreneurs and change agents across Africa, volunteering for impact led organisations including the Africa Conservation Foundation, Slum 2 School initiative and the Kingdom Business Network. He enjoys travelling, football, badminton and disturbing neighbors with his guitar.
Policy & Partnerships Associate
Jadesola Rawa is the Policy & Partnerships Associate at All On. She oversees stakeholder engagement, strategic grantmaking as well as communications.
Prior to joining All On, Jadesola worked as Head, Promotions & Partnerships at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund where she worked as part of the team to deliver on strategic partnerships between the LSETF and Coca-Cola, GIZ and Ford Foundation. She was also responsible for creating strategic video content that raised the profile of the LSETF and the activities of the beneficiaries of the Fund.
Jadesola also has prior experience, working with the Nigerian Economic Summit Group between 2012- 2014 where she resigned as Acting Head, Corporate Communications. During her time at the NESG, she worked as co-project manager with the Secretariat that successfully delivered the first World Economic Forum on Africa (WEFA) held in Abuja, Nigeria in May 2014.
With a background in television production, working as a producer for several years with “Moments with Mo” Africa’s first syndicated talk show, as well as a short stint with Ebony Life TV as Business Development Manager, Jadesola brings a fun, unorthodox angle to every job she has held.

Technical Engineering Support Intern
Folawiyo (Fola) Aminu is the Technical Engineering Support Intern at All On. He provides technical analysis, preliminary system designs, project evaluations, project monitoring and general technical support for All On.
He joined the All On team from Tesla, where he worked in the Microgrids Engineering team. Prior to Tesla, Fola held various roles in energy systems operations, maintenance, industrial product development, test design and automation at utility & energy companies in Nigeria, Turkey and the United States of America.
Fola is passionate about closing the energy gap in Sub-Saharan Africa. He graduated with honors from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey with a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a M.Eng from University of Michigan in Energy Systems Engineering with honors.
Fola is a fitness enthusiast who loves fantasy novels, interesting podcasts and the outdoors.
