Business Advisory Associate

Frances is a Business Advisory Associate at All On. She is responsible for delivering impactful growth through programmatic and strategic planning for the All On Hub to support the development and pipeline of investable, scalable, and sustainable energy enterprises from early to growth stage of business.

Prior to joining All On, Frances was a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington DC, where she provided advisory support to public sector leadership teams within The Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in implementing healthcare reform, including the Veterans Affairs (VA) Mobile Infrastructure Program, which expanded access to healthcare data for millions of Americans.

Earlier in her career, Frances was a Program Analyst at the D.C. Mayor’s Office on African Affairs (OAA), where she worked alongside an appointed cabinet-level Executive Director (under Mayor Vincent C. Gray) to  translate the Mayor’s legislative policy priorities into strategic plans, objectives, and program/project areas that support financial inclusion, digital inclusion, business, health, workforce development, human rights, and public safety access for the District’s African immigrant population.

With a fervent desire to serve God and impact the lives of people, Frances also assumes various leadership roles at her home church This Present House - House of Freedom Nigeria.

Frances holds a B.Sc. in Public Health with a minor in Business Management from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA.
