Senior Associate, Investment Advisory
Adeola is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise spanning investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, monitoring and evaluation, and governance. He has provided advisory support on several landmark transactions in the Nigerian capital markets, covering equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, business incubation and start up structuring. He also contributed to the development of the national Monitoring & Evaluation framework for the Nigerian Government.
His career includes roles with leading financial institutions such as Alpha Partners Limited, where he led the successful divestment of an entity from a major Nigerian bank; Africa Plus Partners; Greenwich Merchant Bank Limited, where he oversaw Project and Structured Finance; and DLM Capital Limited.
In his current role at All On, Adeola supports the All On Hub in designing and implementing the company’s non-financial support framework for early-stage energy enterprises. He also develops and manages strategic partnerships to mobilize the right funding needed to deliver reliable and sustainable energy solutions.
Adeola is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA with a specialization in Financial Management from Lagos State University.
