Blessing is the Human Resources and Operations Associate at All On, handling the human resources and operations functions of the company.
Prior to joining All On, Blessing has over the years worked as a Human Resource Professional in the real estate, financial technology, as well as beauty and makeup sectors, where she delivered top-notch human resources solutions.
Her professional journey began as an Executive Management Trainee at Cadwell Limited, where she later ascended to the role of Human Capital Executive. Subsequently, she honed her skills at VoguePay as a Human Resources and Administrative Officer and further broadened her experience at House of Tara as a Human Resource Generalist.
Blessing holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. In addition to her academic qualifications, she has undergone relevant training in Human Resources, data protection, among others, further enhancing her expertise in her field.
