Adeniyi Adebisi

Investment Associate

Adeniyi is an Investment Associate at All On Partnerships for Energy Access, where he supports the sourcing, structuring, and execution of equity, debt, and grant investments in off-grid and distributed renewable energy companies across Nigeria. His responsibilities include investment appraisal, commercial and financial due diligence, transaction documentation, and ongoing support to portfolio companies.

Prior to joining All On, Adeniyi worked at Stanbic IBTC Bank as an Analyst in the Energy & Infrastructure and Telecoms, Media & Technology sectors. There, he provided insights that helped execute the bank’s strategies for its corporate clients in both sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ikeja Electric, one of Nigeria’s largest electricity distribution companies, where he gained first-hand exposure to the power sector, including utility operations, performance analysis, and the commercial dynamics of electricity distribution.

Adeniyi is a Chartered Accountant with combined experience across financial services and the power sector, which gives him a strong foundation for evaluating energy investments, particularly those addressing the challenges of reliability, affordability, and scalability in Nigeria’s energy market.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Adeniyi volunteers with the boys to MEN Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on mentoring and developing young boys into responsible leaders through education and leadership development initiatives.

Outside of work, Adeniyi enjoys swimming and is a supporter of Arsenal Football Club. He brings to All On a disciplined analytical approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep commitment to advancing inclusive energy access through well-structured investments.
