All On’s Communications Associate, Onyebuchi Odianjo named "Rising Woman in Energy" at WiME Awards 2025
Lagos, Nigeria – Dr. Onyebuchi Odianjo has been named the Rising Woman in Energy at the prestigious Women in Maritime and Energy (WiME) Awards 2025.
Recognized for her exceptional contributions to Nigeria’s oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors, Dr. Odianjo’s career has been marked by her expertise in corporate communications and her tireless efforts in advancing sustainable development within the energy industry.
With nearly a decade of experience spanning media, communications, and the energy sector, Dr. Odianjo has become a key player in community relations and stakeholder management, particularly in the Niger Delta region.
Her strategic involvement in energy projects has helped foster positive relationships and drive sustainable growth in one of Nigeria’s most critical industries.
Before her distinguished career in energy, Dr. Odianjo led O’Buchi Multimedia, a consultancy firm that provided expert communications services to NGOs, government agencies, and private organizations.
A highly educated professional, Dr. Odianjo holds a PhD in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from the European Global School in Paris, alongside a Master’s degree in Media and Communication from Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos.
Her academic achievements include published research on topics such as ‘Entrepreneurship Development and Performance of SMEs’ and ‘Corporate Governance and Growth of Power Holding Companies in Nigeria.’
Dr. Odianjo is also an influential figure within the Pan-Atlantic University Alumni Association (PAUAA), currently serving as Vice President and set to take on the role of President in Q4 2025. Her vision for the association focuses on enhancing global alumni engagement and fostering a strong network of professionals.
In addition to her leadership roles, Dr. Odianjo is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (ANIPR) and has earned certifications from top institutions, including the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL)
