To own and manage Treasury, Controllers, and Tax interfaces and be accountable for economics. To provide financial context for proposed deals, impact on financial strategy, and translate deal dynamics into impact on cash, working capital and financial metrics.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cb\u003EGovernance\u003C/b\u003E: To implement and maintain fit-for-purpose Governance and Finance risk management frameworks to achieve the objectives of All On and in compliance with Company requirements.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cb\u003EReporting & Compliance\u003C/b\u003E: To develop reporting processes and reports highlighting the Company’ financial performance periodically. To ensure all fiscal reporting and payment obligations to statutory and regulatory organizations are made timely, as required by law.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003C/ol\u003E\r\n\u003Ch3\u003EWhat will you do?\u003C/h3\u003E\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EFacilitate the annual budget and financial planning process by working with the various business teams to understand their plans in relation to available funding.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EDevelop and refine financial management and reporting processes; and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EFacilitate the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and assess any changes necessary.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EAnalyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EProvide FM with up-to-date financial information to support effective resource allocation and decision-making and effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the Management team.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EAct as custodian to corporate governance policies and facilitate entity wide compliance with relevant policies and regulations.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EProvide ad hoc support to Investment Manager on potential investments into energy firms by the entity.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003ESupport due diligence into energy firms, including review of financial accounts (liaising with third party advisors where required).\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EAssist in the development of financial models for new investments and other strategic initiatives.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EMonitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the entity.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003C/ul\u003E\r\n\u003Ch3\u003EWhat we need from you:\u003C/h3\u003E\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EStrong broad finance professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in finance management and Commercial finance or M&A.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EBachelors or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related discipline.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EChartered Finance Analyst (Preferred), ACA, ACCA or other equivalent professional qualification.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EExperience in Private Equity or Venture Capital investment management.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EAbility to manage ambiguity and taking balanced view between financial return and business priorities.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EExcellent analytical skills, economic and financial modelling experience essential.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EGood commercial acumen and ability to operate within a dynamic rapidly changing environment and achieve outstanding results while creating and protecting value for Company.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EGood understanding of the governance structure of ventures or joint ventures and their key value drivers\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EGood team player but also able to deliver results independently.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003C/ul\u003E\r\n\u003Ch3\u003EWhat we offer you:\u003C/h3\u003E\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EAt All On we're committed to investing in the development of your career and we give people with your skills a platform from which you can deliver, create substantial impact, and grow professionally with a fast-growing organization.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EAll On is a company with shared values.
