Responsibilities\u003C/h3\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EFinancial Support\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EAssist with preparation of monthly and program based financial reports and dashboards.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003ESupport budget tracking and variance analysis across key business areas (investments, Hub and grant teams).\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EProcess vendor invoices and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003ESupport month end reporting processes, including preparation of journals and reconciliation.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EAssist with accounts payables and receivable tracking.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003ESupport compliance and audit preparation activities vendor database and documentation.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003ESupport compliance with internal and funder-specific procurement skills.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in
